Yes, it is possible. All our products are 100% customizable regarding fabrics, foam density, shape… You only have to send us a Whatsapp or email with the order number and attach a sketch or drawing of the shape of the piece. In case of being rectangular or a square, you do not have to send us anything.
Any shape is posible, no matter if it is a foam cylinder, a square, or a circle; we just need the concrete measures to make it perfect.
You would also have to tell us how would the joint of the pieces be in case there is. We offer the posibility of joining the pieces by velcro, although we recommend choosing the union by sew.
first of all, we would like to make clear that the colour of the foam does not have anything to do with the density, it is just a colouring that the supplier applies to the foam to be able to differenciate it.
We work two different kind of foams: 25 kg/m3 firm and 28kg/m3 extra-firm. Depending on the thickness, we recommend one or the other. Here are some recommendations:
If the thickness will be less than 5cm, we recommend using the 28kg/m3 foam and adding a layer of viscoelastic to increase the comfort feeling. On the other side, for thicknesses above 7 or 8cm, a 25kg/m3 foam would be more appropiate. There is also the option of adding the viscoelastic layer either of 3 or 6 cm.
All our HR materials are premium quality and offer a great transpiration and adaptation to the body.
The density is not directly related to the hardness of the foam, but we could say that the extrafirm foam would be harder than the firm one.
Both densities are high-quality, having the 28kg/m3 foam more foam per cubic meter.
We do not recommend thicknesses lower than 5cm, unless the mattress is thought for sporadic use, because it can happen to touch the surface that is underneath the mattress.
We are manufacturers of mattresses since the year 1992, and therefore we have thre expertise in terms of foams and fabrics. We have chosen the two most common types of foam, so the customer can have it easy to select a combination. In case of not being sure, you can always contact us through our customer service.
We do always recommend adding a layer of viscoelastic to the foam, because it really makes the difference when resting.
You can choose between 3 and 6 cm of viscoelastic, but 3cm is usually enough for most people.
Both fabrics are caracterized by their resistance. They are prepared to resist high temperatures and direct sunlight.
The LOVE fabric has a stain-resistant treatment to repel dirt and liquids. It is recommendable for kids and pets, since the cleaning is easier. Furthermore, it has a microfiber touch that makes it soft and comfortable.

In the Automotion series we offer 3D fabrics that are both resistant and breathable, which makes them ideal for closed spaces, avoiding the humidity to penetrate the foam. This 3D fabric is foamized, being therefore thicker and more comfortable.
We recommend neutral colours that match with the rest of the furniture, and dark tonalities that will disimulate the dirt with the time.
the covers can be removed of all our mattresses, making them easier to clean. The covers can be cleaned in the washing machine in cold water, although it will always be better to hand wash.
In case that you need to cut the foam at home, you can easily make it with a sharp knife. It is probable that the cut with have some imperfections, but they will not be noticeable when the foam is covered.
You can stick different pieces with normal glue, preferably in spray. It would be ideal to leave it 24h after appliying the glue to ensure a complete drying.
The only thing important about the glue is that it does not have any solvent, as it could damage the foam.
